ITB Match collects only the account, organization, profile, usage, report, feedback, and audit information needed to operate the service.
Information We Process
We process account identifiers, email addresses, organization membership, company profile fields, saved opportunities, generated reports, alerts, feedback, and administrative audit events.
Purpose
We use this information to authenticate users, operate organization-scoped workflows, calculate preliminary matches, generate private reports, monitor source health, and secure the service.
Access Controls
Organization-scoped data is protected by authentication, authorization checks, and tenant isolation rules. Private reports are not served from unauthenticated public Blob URLs.
Retention and Requests
Users may request export or deletion of eligible data. Some records may be retained where required for security, auditability, source provenance, or legal obligations.
Sensitive Data
Do not submit classified, controlled, protected, export-controlled, or security-sensitive technical information to ITB Match.
Policy Updates
We update this policy when the product, data processing, service providers, or legal requirements materially change.
