Permitted Use
Use the service to review public opportunity information, maintain organization profiles, run preliminary fit checks, and generate internal planning materials.
No Reliance for Decisions
The service does not provide legal advice, eligibility determinations, ITB credit approval, procurement approval, financing approval, or contract-award predictions.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy of submitted organization information and must not upload classified, controlled, protected, export-controlled, or security-sensitive technical information.
Source and AI Limits
Official-source facts, calculated fields, and AI-assisted classifications are labelled separately. Users should verify important information against official sources before acting.
Availability
Beta features may change, degrade, or be disabled while source integrations, imports, and security controls are improved.
Review Before Launch
These terms are suitable for beta orientation but should be reviewed by counsel before broad commercial launch.
